Using provided footage, you’ll learn the basics of video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro from start to finish — including project organization, importing, cutting interviews, assembling sequences, working with b-roll, mixing audio, incorporating text and exporting final projects.

Anyone with little to no video editing experience who wants hands-on training in Adobe Premiere Pro. - Who is the instructor?
Anne Bailey is the founding director of the Montana Media Lab and a long-time multimedia journalist. She has taught video storytelling at the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies, the University of Montana School of Journalism, the Rocky Mountain School of Photography, the Freedom Forum Diversity Institute and others. - When is this workshop?

Since this workshop is taught remotely, you will need a computer with a reliable internet connection. You also need to have the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro installed on your computer prior to the start of the workshop. - What video editing software will I learn?
Adobe Premiere Pro - Can I take this workshop for university credit?
No. This workshop is not currently offered for university credit. - I’m a teacher. Can I earn OPI renewal units for this workshop?
Yes. You will earn six renewal units for this workshop.
